It's 11:30am and I'm already run down. It was a very busy weekend, complete with a visit to the water park and getting back to the gym, plus a bike ride in the horrid Alabama heat. I got up at 5:20am today and hit the gym after dropping Michael off to school. I could barely keep my eyes open while driving but felt pretty regenerated after exercising. Now I'm back to feeling dead.
I'm noticing something right now. When I feel this tired, I feel a bit more like eating. I wonder why that is? Maybe my body is saying "feed me!" and that's why I'm so tired? I don't know. I don't have much here at the shop to eat except a cucumber. I need to bring some healthy snacks up here for times like this so that I don't end up overly hungry and tempted to "run for the border" on my lunch or something.
Can't decide if I want to continue on with this Slimfast thing or switch back to diet meals for lunches. I need to pick something and stick with it.
