Fitness icons


So I've decided to add fitness icons to my blogs. This will tell me at a glance from day to day what fitness I did. I have one for weights (like today), one for the elliptical, one for bike riding, etc... Good idea, I think!

I did weights for the first time in eons today. Omg my arms are absolutely SHAKING but it's a great feeling.

Last night made stuffed green peppers for dinner. They were delicious but I forced myself to only have one. I'm very proud that I stuck to that because I surely could have scarfed down a second. Now I get to enjoy it for lunch today instead. Also, since I had some mashed potatoes with dinner last night, I didn't allow myself to have my nightly popcorn snack. Small changes, right? Step by step. :)

I'm feeling GREAT about myself right now. I feel in CONTROL OF MY OWN LIFE!
